The Billerica Planning Board will hold a public hearing on September 8, 1997 at 8:45 P.M. at Town Hall, 365 Boston Road, Billerica, Massachusetts to add three new sections (5.7.2.CC,5.7.3.CC and 5.17) to the Zoning By-Law in order to regulate Wireless Communications Facilities. These provisions will allow this use by Special Permit in all districts if the regulations are satisfied. A copy of the proposal is available in the Planning Board Office, Town Hall, Billerica, Massachusetts and may be viewed on Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. All interested parties are invited to comment in writing or present relevant information for the Planning Board's consideration at the hearing.
